Am I alone in thinking that Rapha size L is on the small size or are their others like me with a big bonce who alway end up a bit dissapointed as the cap sits on your head like it has been shrunk in the wash?

  • Perhaps the intention is that it should sit perched on the top of your head, like they wore them in the early late 80s/early 90s.

    Yes they should. Too small.

    Damn right they should !!!!!
I've got a massive sweed and struggle to get hats of any type. That said, I got a Waltz cap from Always Riding, and it fits a treat.

I'm rocking a 62cm head......struggle to get any form of head gear that fits well. Considering most helmets stop at about 62 - 63cm leaving me with little or no room for play I can't wear anthing underneath so those cold winter rides are horrible for my head.

Rapha should stop ripping customers off and cease trading. That's what they should do.
  • And Assos too?

Conspicuous consumption occurs in all walks of life.

Question is, is Rapha a Veblen brand?

Sale prices are not bad at all though? £80 for a pair of leather gloves is pretty respectable in the "leather glove" market and £60 for a jersey is not exorbitant either!

Its the way they come round to my desk and MAKE me get my credit card out and buy stuff that I hate.... Must close down page....

OT - Whiskey is not meant to be an ice cold drink
None of the above should be taken seriously, and certainly not personally.

Not to mention the fact that if you wait long enough for the ice to melt and ruin your drink, you're clearly not drinking fast enough in the first place.
