Avid Elixir 5's, can you tell me what this part is?

Hi,
this morning I tightened a screw on my brakes because the disc was catching and this part just crumbled when I tightened it and now I need to find a replacement. I know it's some sort of washer that goes between the screw and the rubber but can anyone help me identify what I should be searching for? Here's a pic:
