Break help

I have Tektro Auriga Comp disc breaks and recently have been having huge problems. It started about 1-2 months ago, when the temperature dropped and it started snowing, they started to fail, then the back one makes a grinding metal noise but has almost brand new pads, and the front fails completely untill going very slow and then starts make alot of noise, so i thought it was muck and silt off the roads, but i have tried Muc-off disc brake cleaner, and that has failed me so far, What else can i try, or is it the end of the road for the pads/rotor?

    remove pads and have a look. could just be censored on the pads.

    cheers, will, do that at the weekend, and yeah i noticed after i posted, haha.
