Holiday cottage sleep 4 in afan - HELP PLEASE

Hi,
New to all of this and myself and 3 mates are planning a long weekend in afan in April this year. We fancy a small cottage and would love some advice from you guys of where to stay and any cottages you would reccomend.
Any other advice for this trip would also be very much appreciated as we really dont know where to start ??.

how about this place? not stayed there myself as i live not too far away but the reviews on it are good and it's close to the trails and 4x track
