Tektro Brake Pads?

Hello
I have a Specialized Sectuer from 2010
It's got Tektro brakes of some sort on it. Need some new pads but unsure what exactly will fit. Almost any generic brake pads?
I was looking at maybe 105 but unsure if they fit. I could buy these which include pats and block but again would they fit.

Would I notice that much difference moving to entire new brakes? (say 105)
Thanks

Tektro brakes are a copy of shimano. Without knowing exactly which tektro brakes you have, ( you can find out on their website.) I can't say for sure but if the pads slide out and you replace with these, http://www.wiggle.co.uk/kool-stop-dura- ... e-inserts/ then you'll notice a big difference. The standard pads fitted with tektro brakes are normally poor. You won't really need to change the actual brakes to improve performance.Pinno, מלך אידיוט וחרא מכונאי0

Couldn't identify from the Tektro web site which model. I'm guessing it's an OEM hack put togther for a large company to fit a price point.
Looks like these will fit the bill...

Tektros are actually really good callipers but the pads seem to dry out. Refacing the pads with sand paper makes a huge difference. The callipers are stiff, forged alloy and are quite light.
I wouldn't change the callipers and a set of Swisstop Greens would probably make them stop as good as anything on the market.Boardman Elite SLR 9.2S

I had deep drop tektros on my best bike a few years ago
The supplied pads braked ok but lasted about a month
I switched to Koolstop "Dura" pads, black ones. Braking was slightly better and the pads lasted ages0 -
