I watched Vicky P's "Victoria's Secrets" video (as linked to on BR http://www.bikeradar.com/news/article/v ... ips--28937) and I could have sworn she says

"...and avoid the temptation of naughty sex after exercise"

I think it's actually "naughty snacks" but I prefer what I heard...
