Anyone ever used anything like this for cleaning their bike? I've got one and don't know whether to sell it or keep it to use.

Nonsense. It's high pressure that could force water into bearings (though even with a pressure washer you've got to try pretty hard), so ignore this.
Steam cleaning works wonders on the chain, cassette and chainrings. Brings mine up like new, does the brakes well too, but less use for frame etc.
I know the pro teams just use a bucket, soap and water, but they must have some sort of cleaning voodoo as it's never worked for me. I love my steam cleaner.Litespeed Tuscany, Hope/Open Pro, Ultegra, pulling an Extrawheel trailer, often as not.
