MD80 clone. supplied installation CD not playing

This has arrived today but the installation setup CD seems to be kaput. it won't install the driver giving the following message: NSIS error: Error launching installer

I've contacted the seller (no names or speedking rant here I'm just being impatient) and have no reason to doubt it'll get resolved but I'd like to get it set up and running today if possible before I get back to work tomorrow and have no time to blink.

any ideas or links to a free download where I could nab a copy of the drivers today?

    You shouldn't need the install CD, it'll just appear as a USB drive automatically when you plug it, same as a USB key or most other things.

    Did for mine anyway.

    As above, no need for the install CD. Think that only installs software for the webcam feature. All you need to do is set the time/date stamp and save the TAG.txt file in the root folder of the memory card and charge it up for a MAXIMUM of 3 hours.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
