What was the show like? My old man was pestering me to go, its one thing to go with your old man but to take two demanding kids with you to Brum is another thing entirely!

    G'day biznitches.

First day back at uni today. I only had 2 hours of lectures though, so I need to do work this afternoon. Might have a Hilary first though.

My frame and fork have both been despatched though. They're being sent to the school where my mum works, so I'll go and get them on Wednesday. Looking forward to that.

I wish it involved Porshe's and a minimalist studio apartment. Sadly it's a recording studio, so we need 'silent' air-con.

Work can't even give me a mobile as my office is in a basement with no signal! :(
Well thats not nearly as fun :(
My "bunker" has no heating, no windows but does get a phone signal  sometimes the electric goes off if the kettle is used at the same time as the electric heaters!
    Quality multi-national company
Same, I've no windows or radiators. I have a heater/cooler thing on the ceiling which has the major option of hot or cold air. It's almost impossible for it to be a normal temperature.
The electric is fine though.... i think.
It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Expensive (32 quid ticket, 8 quid parking) I saved some money on purchases though.

Very busy, good show if you wanted to buy parts but less good if you just wanted a look around. Most of the manufacturer stands had people that didn't have a clue about the cars.

Grid girls were a mixed bag, some hotties and some total munters, pervy old guys with cameras didn't seemed to mind though.

  • Just mozied on in back home, and feeling the pain. First proper ride in like a month and a half, and feeling dead. Climbing actually killed me. Oh well, at least I managed to burn 3,533 calories while out, and that was with my HRM taking a poo and pausing itself a few times for unknown reasons.

edit: Just gotta say the best 70p I ever spent was on one of those huge mugs from sports direct. They are huge. Makes for a great long lasting cuppa!

They sent me one free with my last order.
