Servicing forks

I have decided that tomorrow I am going to change the oil and wipers seals of my 2009 Fox 32 RL.
I was wondering if I can use regular oil that I can pick up from halfords.
Also if anyone can help me find out what weight and how much I need in each leg would be appreciated.
I think I need 7wt & 10wt

I was just having a browse through that.
I believe it is:
2007-2009 F120, Float 130 & 140 (RL, RLC dampers)
FOX 7 wt. Damper 160.0
Spring-side Oil Bath 30.0
FOX Float Fluid Air Chamber 5.0
Is that right for my fork? Spec here....http://www.specialized.com/gb/gb/bc/SBC ... spid=391920
