Replacing Shimano BB

I have a Shimano Hollowtech BB on my SC Blur. I want to replace it with something else. Will I need to replace the cranks and everything? Or is there something compatible. I am thinking of Hope.

I have this:

Which I find handy as I can use a torque wrench on it.0 -

Yes, hope external bottom brackets are 100% compatible with Shimano external bottom brackets (for mountain bikes).
Hope BBs generally have better sealing, but whether that's worth the substantial price hike is your own choice.0
