I have been using keo look pedals for the last few years but am sick of changing cleats regulary and also annoyed with the pedal contionusly turning down and losing time trying to clip in.... Any ideas? Was thinking of Speedplay pedals or something similar? Any feedback would be great.

Time RXS - the only part of the cleat that is actually needed to engage the pedal is made of metal so it just doesn't wear out IME

speedplay zero, then you can adjust float exactly the way you like

also get the cleat covers, makes it much easier to walk without slipping
my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny

SPD-SL. The parts that clip in never seem to wear out and the bits you walk on last for ages, unless like me you walk up a K of 25%. They still clipped in and out OK but the yellow bits had gone. Been using them since they came out and have only replaced one set of cleats.
