Didn't really put any thought into wind until today.
55 minutes to ride from my house to Stainburn into the headwind, 30 minutes to ride back tired from a few laps round!
Makes such a huge difference, much more than I originally thought!

If you had årse wind that strong, you wouldn't need to pedal!0

I have a very strong headwind most days on the ride home from work. Problem of living by the coast. Makes a couple of MPH difference to my average speed. All good training though.0

I do feel much better after getting rid of that wind - honestly! Sorry if it got in the way of peoples cycling though
Went for a walk today (bike's in the shop) and it made a huge difference - slows you right down if its in the "wrong" direction.Specialized FSR XC Expert 20100 -

Lots of head and side winds for me today. Due to being in middle of city (and far away from anything resembling a hill) I'm currently using the place's Rambla for my rides. Pretty flat but plenty wind (and the amount of amazing fanny is unreal!)Formally known as Coatbridgeguy0
