TFT inner oil seals reba

Doing my seals as we speak.. Taken the old wiper seals and foam rings out and looking at the old foam seal it is much deeper than the TFT replacement. Also there is no inner oil seal (as per comment in SRAM manual). My TFT kit comes with an inner and outer plus a thinner foam seal.
Am I meant to install the inner as the foam seal is narrower? If so is it flat side top/spring side bottom?
there looks like enough room to get them in as the foam seal is smaller.
cheers
EDIT: I decided to install them and they seemed to fit ok.
Unfortunately I snapped the end of the neg air valve, which was on its last legs anyway, so now it looks like I need to order a whole new air spring assembly. Duh!

Update - just in case this is helpful for others. I sanded down the shrader valve where it has snapped to give a smooth end and dremelled down the end of the valve pin to keep it in proportion. Its not ideal, but it is holding air. An easy bodge if you accidently snap a couple of mm of the end of the valve.0

I can only comment based on when I've installed Enduro seals, but the oil seal should be installed with the spring facing down. As long as there's enough room for everything, it doesn't matter if there's a bit 'too much' space between the oil seal and the wiper.
Enduro say the foam rings are optional in their kits. I'd guess since the TFT kit comes with seperate oil and wiper seals, that the foam ring is isolated from the oil in the lowers and will be rather pointless once it dries out. Unless you fancy relubing it every couple of rides.0
