Cheap-ass Kona Roast

Rough and covered in scabbles, but its probly my fave bike i've ever owned perfect for what i do, owes me next to nowt as well as most of the bits were either free or very cheap !
2000 Roast Frame £22 (ebay)
Rockshox Recon 351 £95 (off here)
Hope Bulb hubs / Alex rims, Hope Mono M4 brakes, XT mechs & chainset all free from when i was a mechanic at a local shop, took an Orange Patriot in as a trade in, sold the frame and fork for more than we gave for the whole bike so i got to keep the rest !
New bearings / pads / aztec rotors / chain / chainrings / DMR bars and pedals / LX shifters and the rest of the bits all aquired cheap, whole bike probly owes me about £300

I think they were supposed to be, can't mind them ever working that well tho, even when new, they used to come with a stick-on rubber headtube badge and they did glow in dark but they used to fall off, usually before they'd even left the shop !0
