Break pads

I still have the original break pads on my bike from when I purchased it. Looking to upgrade them as they are looking slightly worn, though what types of brands should I be looking at for a decent pad?
Many thanks

Koolstop and Swissstop are two or the best and always come recommended on this forum. I use the salmon koolstop pads although the dual compound ones are supposed to be more durable. I also use the green swissstops, these are for aluminium rims. Both probably the best valve upgrade for a bike.Pinno, מלך אידיוט וחרא מכונאי0

I second the Koolstop salmons. Swisstop are also excellent, but cost considerably more. Swisstop probably have the (slight) edge on performance, but the Koolstops are more durable. Both are excellent pads. I tend to go for the Koolstops myself for price reasons.0
