I was so tempted to start a rival good morning Thread titled "The Chris Moyles free Good Morning"
TFIF, yes another day until the weekend when I embark on my first ride in a long time to get back into shape.
I did notice it was a little lighter oustide whilst driving to work today!
Today's goal is to survive with my sanity until 17h00, then claw my way through crappy city traffic. Get home, go to the fryer and get some fish & chips for supper tonight, I feel that I've earned them..
After that, fettle on the Felt All Mountain bike in preparation for tomorrow's ride :roll:0 -
Just woken up by No2, so went down fed the cat and dog, put the bacons in and gonna jump in the shower and off to the London bike show!

Morning! It's friday, and lets be honest, thats all that matters! Stuck at work until 4.30, but then a nice lazy evening looking after Mrs Stav, who has the flu (which I ever so kindly gave to her)!
I'm making it a mission of mine to get out on the bike this weekend.. broke my toe 2 weeks ago, and it's finally on the mend.. lol, having severe withdrawl symptoms, so a gentle spin along the local canal path Saturday, if all goes well, out to the hills Sunday!

had a shite nights sleep as my son decided at 2am that it was play time and wouldn't go back to sleep got an easy day today driving to bristol and back with a few stops inbetween, i reckon i can eek that out until at least 3pm and then i'll try and finish early 0 -
Head hurts this morning, too much wine last night, can't even remember going to bed. Not helped by starting work at 07.30 checking whether or not somebody's stealing heating oil from one of our sites.
Today will be meh until 12.00, then between 12.00 and 14.00 it's bike time, followed by meh until 17.00.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

I left it by the side of my car after Tuesday night ride, I was distracted by my dog in the car, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!
Can't afford to replace the kcnc post and the ti railed sdg bel air saddle, so it will be whatever is a bargain at the show!0 -

Morning all, woke up too early for me, had a nice home trainer ride, and now just been monging about on the computer and t.v. for most of the morning. Probably going to make ym way to Vienna today to meet some friends, but other than that, nothing interesting happening.0 -
I had to actually wake up early(ish) and come into the office today. Mleh! Blokey boyo friend type business partner isn't going to get here until 1 though. I could have slept much, much more... Still. Curry tonight. Down side is that I have to work on patent documents (I have headache tablets at the ready) and it'll probably carry on tomorrow.
I listened to the radio for 2 minutes this morning on the drive in, got bored then turned my iPod back on. It wasn't bad per se, just dull.
Welshkev, have you tried Baby Gin? It's like gin, but for knocking out babies...
