Hi, I feel I havent been here for ages 
just thought I'd check in and say hello.
Havent ridden Harry for what seems like an age now, but hope to be back on the bike next week...
Having thoughts of a countryside ride in the Kent /sussex areas and possibly getting a bike for off roading.
Harry is well, but has been suffering with a front wheel punture in a NEW! puncture resistant tyre that I havent yet fixed. The new tyres are also a bit thinner and making my ride slightly uncomfortable so might switch back to 28's.
I managed to sort my 'p*****' problem, aparently it was being agravated by a yeast imbalance.
Anyway by for now. 8)
