Got a Mad smile on my face this morning, did a night ride with the dog last night round one of the MSG race series tracks, it was sooo muddy and slippery you couldnt pedal up the steep bits without wheel spin and stopping, then you couldnt walk up because of foot slip etc. The down hills were hit and hope, proper mad time, normally in the dry the down hills are fun because of all the roots, in the muddy dark wetness they were leathel  The dog and i are still smiling.
of course none of this actually happend (POIDH)
T Minus 2 days to the bike show
All i have to do today is go for a chinese for lunch! i'm taking my staff for their christmas lunch, and i cant wait

i'm on day 2 of monitoring sound at a boring meeting, so another day of being on here with my headphones on listening to peope drone on.

Yah morning all I like Wednesdays. Bikes are running smoothly, I feel good and Chain Reaction have despatched my Truvativ World Cup flat bars c/w racing stripes so they should be here soon and worth at least 3 mph on the descents.
Have a good one!0 -

Good Morning Freaks!
Took the train today - I'll be doing some RPM work on the exercise bike later, so didn't want to wear my legs out on the commute. It's also hissing down...
Tragedy struck though - Mrs C phoned me whilst on the train to say I'd left my sandwiches in the fridge! Fortunately, as I have a choice of Greggs' between the station and the office, I have stocked up with provisions to keep me going for the rest of the day (and probably the rest of the week). I can't see the warm steak bakes lasting too much longer...
Got a couple of meetings today, nothing too stressful. My minions aren't in to show me what to do, so I envisage some serious slacking being done today.0 -

World Champion stripes on my bike hahahahahaha what a joke
OMG! You'll be ballistically quick with those!
That said, I have World Champion stripes on my Focus and it hasn't made that much difference...0 -

Crap drive into work today, too many cars, not enough road and rain to wash away all common sense and logic.
But it's Wednesday and the weekend almost starts here.
Tonight I am goiing to do a 6 mile run, even if it is raining, after all that is the cycling jacket's allternate use.
So, I've stocked up on bananas today, one for lunch and one at 16h30 to tide me over until I hit the road.
I am also awaiiting a new thermostat for the Land Rover which overheated on me last week and is stuck in my employer's car park. That will hopefuly be here tonight, I need to get the Landy home so I can use it to lug the bike/s to Cannock this weekend0 -

I thought Cannock was wrecked at the moment, and the trail builders would rather people weren't riding it. Or are you going off piste?!0 -

Morning ya feckers. My lungs are still worse than the average smoker's, so no riding again today. I would have nipped over to my parents' to build some brakes, but Superstar only got around to sending out my hoses this morning, so I can't. Instead, today shall be spent slacking, ahead of the predicted avalanche of parts to be thrust upon me tomorrow.0

Oh and My Carbon Iphone cover hasnt arrived from superstar yet. Who do they use as postage? my cover may only last another day?0

Wow your gonna be super fast red strips and other pretty colours!0

Damn it. Just had an email to say that my Scandal's at the other warehouse, so needs to be transferred to the despatch warehouse before it can be sent out to me, which means it may well not get to me before next week, which may well mean I'll be out when it comes, as uni starts again on Monday...0

Morning. Been a generally dopey day for me today, I'm not with it really. I did spend my break productively and bought some new running shoes for the gym, red up of jogging in skate shoes.
Finish in an hour so I'll go and test them. I'm determined to lose a stone by the feb ride0 -
Just arrived at the restaurant for an all you can eat chinese christmas lunch!!
Hydra shame I'm paying for it :evil:0
