    pretty muddy out there,

you shouldn't have problems on any of the downhill runs and xc trail as they are well maintained,
  • info and routes @ http://thefod.co.uk
  • Hijack alert  I was just about to create a post about the FOD!

I've never been there and I can't seem to find much out about the trails there :? I fancy going up there soon as it's not too far, but I don't want to be out of my depth.

Can anyone advise me on how hard the downhill trails are? I don't want to get there and not be able to ride them. I have previously done the red downhill at Cwmcarn and that was about my limit. So, if anyone can let me know what to expect and if there are chicken runs for the hard stuff, I'd be a happy bunny!

    Cheers! :D
  • if you check out YouTube there are lots of video's of the DH tracks to give you any idea.
In summary their wet and rooty this time of year but all rideable. There's also a Mini Downhill comp next weekend (23rd) so it will be very busy

i've never ridden it but have seen the DH track at FOD,

it doesn't look as hard as the cwmcarn DH track, not as steep or rocky.

but as above, check out you tube :D
