Having taken all my gear cable off the bike on Sunday I felt like I was well on the way to smoother shifting....

got my outer and inners today and realised i'd removed the cable from inside the swingarm...

Cue an hour of pushing various cable like objects into the swingarm and profusely swearing :lol:

Still... I managed to get an old bit of cable in there eventually haha.

    Tip for you...
    Get some string, and stick it in the hole at one end of the swingarm. Hold onto it tightly.
    Then get a hoover and stick the pipe over the other swingarm hole, and feed the string through slowly - the hoover will pull it out for you.

    Then, once you've done, take the left over string, and a lime....

    shouldn't it be twice as long as it's middle or something like that?
