Back sprain

Despite what i thought was warm clothing and a gentle pedal for 20 mins I have sprained my back whilst out at Wyre Forest - on the usual paracetomol/ibuprofen tabs now, any thoughts as to how to avoid this in the future - warm up routines etc?

All practical ideas given a try...!!!! :wink:

    You could try dorsal raises and generally improving core strength by trying out LHS planks for min on min off (4 reps) then RHS plank min on min ( 4 reps) off then normal plank for as long as possible.

    Swimming helps core strength too.

    After you recover that is!!!!
