edited January 2011 in The Crudcatcher
Not official yet, just sounding out who would be interested in a group steady pace ride of many loops

Heres the plan
FODCA (Forest of Dean for anyone who doesn't work in acronyms, I don't know why I didn't just write Forest of Dean in the first place as its taken me longer to explain it)
Date 20th Feb, so plenty of time to get things shifted in the diary

Anyone interested? if so, I'll make it official

Lend me your bike, mine's out of commission until March at least. I'm determined to upgrade several parts before riding it again

The chances of me getting there by any respectable time on a Sunday by train are non-existent, and for that reason, I'm out.

Well, if I could get a lift, then it would be more likely, but still not certain.

Good good good, I know Fodca is supposedly quite a sedate ride, but plenty of loops plenty of chat and plenty of cake make for a good day

Its pretty impossible to get there using public transport anyway, i have looked at it before as i go uni in gloucester, and want to get there with no car.

I'm normally a roadie, so riding 15-20 miles each way from a station is no bother for me. ;)

I'm too lazy, it's too far, and I suck at riding.

getonyourbike We may have room in one of the cars coming from Wolves, will look into that a bit nearer the time when the guys are a bit more definate.

And to everyone, this looks like a goer then, when I get in later I'll put up a proper thread in the relevant section, look forward to seeing you all

Oh and Raymond, we will fall out if you are trying to steal my crown as the unfittest ;)
