Cycling Literature

I got and have read a couple of good cycling books over christmas. I particularly liked Wiggo's new one for its warts and all style of writing, but all the literature I have read (be it books or magazines) still seems a bit light weight on the specifics of racing and training.
For example I'd be really interested in hearing more about the training side of things (beyond the usual "I did a really hard/long training ride" style of stuff), seeing some power files from races perhaps and going into a bit more detail on the real life of a pro.
Procycling sometimes touch on this sort of stuff and Kimmage goes into some detail before getting bogged down in the doping business. I understand that teams and riders dont want to disclose too much about training etc, but I wondered if anybody has read anything that covers more of these sorts of topics rather than the normal sporting biography?
