You sure they are trails and not streams ? lol
...... my local trails are still iced up to fook0 -
I haven't been to my local trails for well over a month, but considering the state they were in back then i'd imagine they are all but unusable right now. I honestly cant see myself doing ANY off-road riding till march unfortunately, I just cannot be arsed with the mud and cleaning.
I have heard that it's possible to sneak onto the in-construction Olympic course at certain times of certain days, might have to check that out though.0 -

You can tell from the grass in the last one that the water isn't still, it's actually flowing, so I suppose yeah, they are streams!0 -

fortunatly for me the trails are pretty good, slightly wet and slippy but pretty much how they were in spring last year0 -

Stuff in Solihull. It's only a few hundred metres of singletrack. In between Brueton Park and the M42 (idyllic eh! :lol) if any locals are interested.
It actually wasn't too bad. The ground underneath was really firm, whereas a week ago it was an unrideable bog. And a week before that it was covered in snow  My feet only got wet right at the very end where I have to cross what is usually a ditch, but now it made the water 2 feet deeper! Got most of the way over then hit a log underwater and had to put my foot down. Got a bit of water in the sealskinz, but they kept it in, wetsuit style, so my feet weren't cold. I'd rather have that than the mud!0
