Best MTB Leadership course? Good and Bad? Most useful?

Dear Bike Radar watchers,
There are lots of courses on offer.
I have noticed that some training requires regsistration and logged rides before assessment (like the Scottish one) while others imply that the cost of the assessment includes registration and log book (no logged rides required before the assessment then?)
Does anybody have any idea which training works out best? Or has anybody done one?
Many thanks,
Miles

Wuld guess the ones that run /require a log of rides in MTL style are more formal ,MIASS seems to be the governing body been looking into those based i wales myself , think there's link on AFAN site ,or google MIASS.
Then depends on what you want to get out of the course, experience, ability to train ,lead groups .One Life Live It!
