Thinking of selling Intense 5.5 EVP

Hi looking for advice please, I am considering selling my Intense 5.5 and buying a Santa Cruz Heckler. What would be the advantages and disadvantages?

    Disadvantage - hassle of selling.
    Advantage - shiny new bike.

    Therefore keep the intense and buy the Heckler - no disadvantage, just advantage.
    I don't do smileys.
