so i ordered a long sleeve thermal jersey from the far east. 3 weeks later it arrived and i hated the material. it felt uncomfortable somehow and im pretty certain that it was likely to hold water and sweat, making it heavy and cold.

anyway, i was wondering if there is any difference with the short sleeve jerseys?
the ads say they are different, yet the photos seem to show the same type of material.

has anyone bought one of these short sleeve tops? how does the material compare to the genuine jerseys?

thanks for your help

i bought a long sleeve cervelo top from china off ebay. agree with you - material isnt the nicest. ended up buying a genuine one.

sorry but i havent bought a short sleeve top from there - and i wont be after the disappointment of the long sleeve.

guess you get what you pay for though!

I bought a Cervelo jacket and some short sleeve tops - they've been fine for me,
No idea if it was the same supplier as yours though ? Mine dont hold sweat in any more than any of my other tops ?

TBH - I cant tell what jersey I'm riding in unless I look. Rapha, LG, Castelli, Ebay, Aldi, groundeffect, club kit, etc - all seems v similar to me when riding ?

Only top I had that was rubbish was an Ironman one, horrid material and wouldnt stay in shape with anything in the pockets. Yukky.
