I'm tempted to have a punt on them...0
-
yeah me too.after all almost every other bike part comes over there.0

They are Alu with carbon wrap guys, not full carbon.0

Have you noticed the weight of them, 680g ! - don't think you would gain anything having a set of wheels made with these.0

I've looked at them as well.... don't know how good they'll be!
On the heavy side....
but if you want light deep rims you'll be looking at something fairly expensive!
These are carbron wrapped rims - but there are full carbon rims options as well
Although slightly more expensive. But maybe too expensive for a 'punt'?
+1 Does anybody have experience of these rims?0 -
Wow very heavy :shock:0

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!
Do a google search for Yishun carbon wheels. Quite tempted myself actually.0 -

Not quite! Add £35 for postage then VAT and import duty. Not such a bargain then....More problems but still living....0 -

Still works out at £350ish, assuming you get stung with import, it's not always going to happen. I reckon for every 25 parcels I get from abroad I pay import on 1, not bad odds.0 -
