I just bumped into a picture of this bike from http://www.anddutch.co.uk/ in the weekly LCC e-letter. Apparently it's a Vanhulsteijn Cyclone. I think it looks quite stunning. Is is just me?

Like something ridden by the 1930s Mickey Mouse:

Looks interesting but wouldn't like to dismount quickly, not much room between the saddle and the top of the frame.

Certainly looks amazing, in a "work of art " kind of way, but also looks unrideable :?
The problem is we are not eating food anymore, we are eating food-like products.

I can see the Mickey Mouse thing, good spot!

Be worth seeing the look on a bike fitters face if you turned up with one, priceless.
  • If I had £1,430 to hand I certainly wouldn't buy one, but if I had £143.000 to hand I might just indulge myself because I like it.

If I had £1,430,000 to hand, I'd be off riding somewhere in the sunshine and I'd never care that the bike existed at all.
