Dodgy looking Time on ebay

Is there anything that can be done if you think something on ebay looks dodgy?
I'm not saying it is definitely a wrong-un but a Time VX with no "rustdents" seems a little off and if you look at his history (even though it has be set to private so you can't see previous transactions) there are an awful lot of people saying thanks for the bike. If you had that many bikes surely you would know they aren't called "titanium cranck carbon peddel arms 11 speed doubel"
