Just beat my record...

Just filled up my car for the grand total of... £71.89!

    thats pretty good. i miss the economy i got from my last car, i swear it used to be so good it virtually produced fuel!

    I've got an A4 1.9 TDI and it cost me £88 to fill up yesterday :evil: That will get my 670 miles.

    What I dont understand is, they are trying to raise prices so much that we seriously question whether or not to drive. Now duty raised from fuel isn't put back in to roads/public transport etc, so not only will we be getting the bus, but we'll be paying higher taxes on other things to replace the lost revenue :roll:
