Help with Wheels?

Hi everyone,i ride a spesh hardrock sport disc10 and ive just discovered a few cracks in the rim of my rear wheel.I was wondering if anyone has any experience with superstar xc wheels or the halo tornado's.I know the halo's are on the heavy side,but im a big guy and a few or not so few grams here and there really wont make much difference to me.I know theres better ones than these out there,but im on a budget and i really want to stay with white rims,so if anyone has used these,id be very gratefull for your thoughts.
