just got some new toys and thought id share it
some stans crest rims with superstar hubs, DB sapim race spokes and some new reba's
very impressed with the superstar wheels, the rear wheel weighs less than my old front one! couple with the forks has definitely shaved off a nice amount of weight.

Very nice. I never even realised Carrera made a carbon bike.Bianchi. There are no alternatives only compromises!

Very nice, i did really wonder about buying one of those, they were incredible for the money! Shame they only had them for sale for a short while. I believe they had a FS one for sale for the same price (£1k) for an even shorter time?!0

best to go into a halfords and get them to do a stock check on their computer. As their stock levels as a company get low, they dont list those specific bikes on the public website. But certain stores will still have them if you do a bit of digging0

I had an identical frame from China on eBay for less than £200, good frame, short top tube though. I just about got mine sub-20lbs with a pretty high end build.0

Just weighed it and its 10.7kg
So i reckon with my lights, bottle cage and pedals off ( didnt come with pedals ) itl be very close.
Il take them all off tomorrow and see.
One bad thing though.. I just got on the scales .... bloody xmas :shock:0
