carbon bars

thinking of buying a set of fsa k wing carbon bars.just wondering if anyone can give me any imformation on how long they last,some people say you should change them every year as you cant see the wear in them .any advice would be appreciated.

    Do you change your bike forks annually too?
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    they are built to last. maintain them as per instruction given.

    I bet people said the same thing about butted steel tubing too, surely they can't be as strong as normal tubes, gotta change them every year!
