White hudz on tiagra shifters?

After looking around it looks like you can only get hudz for dura ace, ultergra or 105 shifters. Is there any way to stretch them to make them fit tiagra as white hudz would be a cool finishing touch on my bike :)
Or does any other company make replacement with hoods?
