Saint Hub service

Hi,
As a few of you will know I recently got a Saint hub and have found it fantastic.
Finally found an issue with it.
This salt the council keeps dumping everywhere is causing quite a bit of rust.
The hub still rides perfectly, but I can now hear clicking (where it was silent).
Am assuming that this is just the grease being forced out of the way and is normal, but thought I would double check.
Is it worth taking the hub apart to have a look or should it be OK?
I have never dismantled a cup/cone before so worried it might be a pair to get back together.
Any tips or advice from the forum?

Why would I care about 150g of bike weight, I just ate 400g of cookies while reading this?
