Having spent the last couple of years messing about with a modified leon cupra I've decided to get back in to biking.
The time to get fit again has arrived

Got a b'twin 5.2 as it looked like a good platform to start on, I'm managing about 60 minutes a day at the moment on trail and roads.

Hopefully the modifying bug will not hit me too soon

    Nicely, enjoy! :D
  • I am mate. Even the burning sensation in my legs on the uphill sections is becoming enjoyable.

5 days in a row so far as I daren't risk a day off in case I seize up.

rest days are as important as ride days

5 days without a rest day is too much, your body needs time to recover from the exercise

  • Thanks for the advice. Think I'll have a rest day tomorrow and clean the car and bike instead 8)
