ANY WAY THE QUESTION WAS IS THERE ANY SUSPENSION FORKS THAT WOULD WORK WITH THE SURLY PUGSLY. WHILST STILL BEING ABLE TO USE THE SURLY TYRES__________________________________________________

Sandman fatbikes use Maverick, but I think that's with a Surly tyre on a narrower (DH/trials) rim.0

and i was just curious about it but it was mainly wondering if any forks accept a rear hub like the standed forks you get

No suspension forks will take a 135mm axle or have enough clearance for the massive surly tyres. You can fit a suspension fork and skinnier tyres, but it pretty much defeats the entire point of the bike.0

Nope then, or at least I've never heard of a 135mm sus. fork. You can get an Endomorph into a Maverick though:
Might even be possible with other 'upside-down' forks.
