TREK EX8 2010 rear wheel - compatibility with ordinary QR9mm

I want to swap the standard and somewwhat heavy bontrager wheels with my hope wheels with 9 mm QR. Is the HOPE back wheel compatible with the TREK special skewer? Just tried it and it seems to It seems to fit perfectly - but can anyone advise?

Yes, the wheel should be fine, just need that special QR for the ABP sytem.

Yep, I have a Hope Pro II hub with the ABP skewer.
