Rockshox Revs, oil or grease?

I've had a small leak from the + air chamber of my forks since new, so I thought I'd take a look inside them today.
There was a small piece of swarf on the cap O ring, which I'm hoping will cure the leak, however, when I peered down inside the tube, there was just a load of grease instead of the spoonful of oil I was expecting to see.
Does anyone know if this is normal and acceptable, or is it worth stripping the whole lot down and starting from scratch?

what year? and what does it say on the info in the service doc you can download fron srams webby.
if 2011 then grease is normal, no oil."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

These are 2010 Teams with BlackBox.
I've found the manual for 2011 and it seems they use grease in the upper legs.
Do you think it would be the same for mine (2010) and if so, where would I get the grease from?0 -

So it is!!
So, they definitely say grease, but what do you say?
It's only to help seal the o ring and I would have thought oil would do a better job in the long term, grease would just get pushed out of the way?0 -
