New Year,s resolution.

Ineed to lose weight starting now.I knew i was piling on the pounds but this really shocked me. :oops: :shock:
Having been involved in offshore installation activities for the last 4 months my normal cycling habits have been shattered.Today i weighed myself. I,ve gone from 84Kgs to 93.8Kgs and it,s showing :oops:

I couldn't think of anything, until I went for a ride today and, after a few hundred metres, felt my festive gut loosen itself from the constraints of the bib shorts and flop ponderously towards the crossbar.

Join Cycling club.
Go on club runs as much as possible.
Go on chain gang as much as possible.
Do some time trials.
Start on low fat, low GI diet.
Cook more.
Learn some new recipe's.
Stop eating chocolate, pizza's, convenience food, stoge and junk.
Eat more healthy & varied diet, veg & salads.
Start going gym more.
Do some voluntary work.
More more of an effort to help people.
Figure out what my new career is going to be.
Figure out what University course im going to do.
Quit drinking for at least 3 months. (forever)
Do a sky dive.
Get out in the countryside more.
Do more outdoor sports (mountain biking, climbing, walking, cannoeing, sight seeing)
Make more of an effor to visit freinds and family.
+ a few others...
No doubt ill not do most of the things but i like making a list of thing to do because it gives me a focus.
