2x trek mtbs cannock area

A mate has had 2 trek bikes pinched from his garage in the cannock town area last night.
first bike is a trek fuel ex9, 2008, size med, white with black graphics,white fox forks
std bike appart from shimano xt hubs with mavic en521 rims and stylo seatpost.
bike looks quite tidy but its pretty shafted, fork stantions are worn and dont work properly,brakes are half seazed and frame has been snapped and welded on seat tube by rocker mount and there is also a crack around the the weld where the top tube meats the seat tube below the seat clamp.

2nd bike is a 2010 trek remedy 8, size large, black with white and red parts.
bike is in very good condition, std appart from conti mountain king 2.4 front and 2.2 race king rear tyres and wtb saddle.

It was mentioned to me, off the record by an official gentleman after my bike was stolen, with moped lock wrapped all over it.
There was a theft of an emergency services petrol rescue cutter in Stafford.... And there has been a spike in thefts oddly enough...
