Avid IS brackets

I have been given some Avid Elixir 5 brakes off a new bike which were post mount at the front, however my bike is IS mount, is it possible to buy a Avid IS bracket??

Superstar sell all sorts of adapters.

thanks just had a look at superstar they do a PM-IS F180 however the rotor i have got is 185.
