My Spezialized road shoes are brilliant in summer but freezing in the winter. Can anyone recomend a reasonably stiff, wider than Shimano rubber/composite soled shoe? Wouldn,t really matter if it was a M/B one, but ideally a touring shoe would be best
I dont want to buy a pair of just winter only shoes, when you are well into collecting your pension spending £100 plus on winter only shoes is not really an option!
My old spd Shimano touring shoes with good overshoes and merino wool socks were fine, a bit too tight, and now well past their sell by day.
