Rockshox Rev poplock not working

I have noticed that the poplock on my Revs is no longer working. It seemed to be ok when I first fitted it but after a small ride the other day mostly on the road it no longer locks out.
I have read this post http://www.bikeradar.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12652233 and when I let out all the positive pressure the fork compresseses but there is at least 30mm of staunchion still showing.
Is there any other things I can do to check, I dont know much about setting rebound or compression will this affect the lockout.
The fork should be under warranty but want to make sure its not something silly first

Is it a rev with the external floodgate? Rememebr it's not a crude lockout on a Rev, it can be set anywhere from practically locked out to completely ineffectual, so if it's an adjustable it might just have got the dial movedUncompromising extremist0
