Which innertubes?

Getting some RS80 wheels and 4000s tyres and wondered what, if anything, I should be doing differently on innertubes? With my current RS10 & GatorSkin set-up, I use whatever inners the LBS has. Worth being a bit more selective? What are the trade-offs?

    i find the Conti Race 28 Light pretty good, light but not too fragile. I have used them for commuting through winter without any issues and use them with GP4000s tyres and the RS80s.

    The weight difference between these and just some crappy generic ones is significant and as its rotating weight could be worth the extra expense though Parker International are selling them cheap anyway.
