    Hi Markyone,

Thats one nice looking bike - I take back what I said about the Boras - I think on that size frame the Shamals look the business!!! I like the colour too - a bit different - more classy than the black/red usual....

Roll on the dry roads and sunshine!!!!!

Nice but who advised you on the size of the frame? It looks too big - short stem, shifters set high on the bars and pointing upwards and saddle pushed right forward (is that even safe with carbon rails?).

Shame for such a nice collection of parts. Maybe a set of compact bars would allow you to put the saddle back a bit.

Thanks for the input, saddle now is set in the middle of rails which is fine for me,.
Only just put it on turbo to do final adjustments and the stem and bars fit me fine, shifters could come down a little but it looks worse than it is,again its fine for me.

Can you give an indication of weight? Weight weenies forums reports these frames come around tbe 1200 - 1300g mark.

Defo a marmite frame design aesthetically.
  • ermm....do the waves on the frame and fork actually enhance aerodynamics?

but i like the looks :D

It's nowt to do with aerodynamics. Pinarello claim it increases comfort.

    Thats really really nice.

What is this that colour called? Its really smart.

Did you get to see a bike in the colour before choosing or just ordered the colour after viewing in the brochure/internet.

    Health to ride

    Like this a lot.

The colour is excellent - it has a real gunship grey feel to it to downplay that madly designed frame.

    Lovely bike.
