Confused....

Basically, I have £600 to spend looking for a hardtail. I have three bikes in mind but am really confused as to which one to get.
Firstly there is the Carrera Fury (£595) new, which has received amazing reviews from you people.
Secondly there is the Carrera Vengeance Ultimate (£320) new, with an amazing reduction in price.
And thirdly there is a Specialised Rockhopper 08, (£400) used, however it is in very good condition and has rockshox recons, and generally a better spec than the other two, it is also in my preferred frame size (19") whereas the others only have 18 or 20. Help would be much appreciated.

have you tried any? how do you know the 18" or 20" wont fit?

And yes I have tried a 19" frame and it's the best size for me.

one manufacturers 19" frame is another 18" or 20" frame.

Have you looked at geometry?

No I haven't and ok thanks, say all 3 of the bikes fit spot on if it was you, what would you go for?

Fury is a more burlyesqe mtb.. but its got a nice spec for the price?

if you have £600 i'd have a fury out of the list.

The fit of a bike is the most important thing, especially if getting a hard tail (it is not too late to get a FS).

get what fits, demo.

Its worth remembering that you lose the warranty if buying 2nd hand.

Yeah, I think I will go for the Carreras now, just got to decide which one. Is the fury £285 better than the vengeance ultimate?
