Please be careful driving and watch out on the wee road to Ae. It will be slippy. I spun the car out there last winter and ended half way up the banking. Scary!!!!

My hip is still sore after my off on Wednesday. But I think I'll manage to cycle through the pain.

Hope you all have a great day, weather not too bad either. I had to back out as I have had a poo work at week. Work with kids in care and I have had a lot of late nights this week, just been sleeping on days off, so wouldnt have been much use.
